一: The role of the reducer vent cap:
The venting cap is used for ventilation and is mainly used to balance the atmospheric pressure inside and outside the speed reducer. When the reducer is working outdoors or continuously, the temperature will become very high, and the lubricating oil inside the reducer will be vaporized and become gas. Of course, it will expand. In order not to damage the oil seal or joint of the reducer, it should be decelerated before use. The clogging at the highest position of the machine is replaced by a venting cap (also called "exhaust screw plug") to ensure that the gas in the tank is discharged when the reducer is running.
Note: If the reducer vent cap is not replaced in time, it may cause the reducer to leak oil. Therefore, before using the reducer, be sure to replace the vent cap as required.
